Completed at the Maranello factory on 27th March 1990 and delivered on 26th April 1990 to Ferrari Agents Lightspeed S.r.l. of Northern Italy.
Supplied to a Mr Lebee of Singapore the car would remain in Singapore until February 1993, when the F40 was imported to Japan by the next owner. Documented within the history file are numerous invoices detailing service work carried out to the Ferrari before it was acquired and imported to Germany in 2016.
The owner instructed Official Ferrari Dealer Penske Sportwagen Hamburg to comprehensively service the F40 insisting that anything requiring attention should be attended to. The belts were changed and various items were either replaced or refurbished with stunning results. Although originally specified as a suspension adjust model the car has since been converted to run a conventional non-adjustable suspension setup, the car benefitted from all new suspension parts during this service.
Upon completion the Ferrari was submitted for Ferrari Classiche Certification and is currently awaiting approval.
Currently European registered with 29,650 kilometres recorded, this F40 presents extremely well and displays excellent ‘weave’.
